1) Unscrew the wooden cap to remove the safety seal and then screw the wooden cap back on.
2) Place it around your rearview mirror, you can tie a knot to secure the attachment.
3) Soak both cords by tilting the bottle for a few seconds on each side to allow the wooden stopper and the cord to soak up the perfume.
